Description: Position Overview: \r\n\r\nManage, maintain and monitor databases performance. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency. Design, implement, and optimize database systems. Handle backups /recovery and manage user access and permissions.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities: \r\n\r\n♦ Create and maintain database standards and policies\r\n\r\n♦ Ensure that thedatabaseserverprovidesongoingand continuous service to variousapplications\r\n\r\n♦ Implement security measures and frameworks while ensuring compliance\r\n\r\n♦ Ensure data recoverability, data integrity, security, maximum availability, andproper performance while managing efficient storagefacilities\r\n\r\n♦ Collaborate with the Development Unit for development andtesting\r\n\r\n♦ Collaborate with the Application Support section for performance analysis andtuning\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Requirements:\r\n\r\n♦ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Engineering university degree orequivalent\r\n\r\n♦ 3 years’ experience of Oracle database administration with Oracle database certification\r\n\r\n♦ Good knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and English. French is aplus\r\n\r\n♦ Good team player
