Description: Delivery Team Leader - noknok\r\n\r\nnoknok is hiring Delivery Team Leaders to join our growing team.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n- Supervise and schedule delivery drivers\r\n- Monitor performance metrics (on-time rate, customer satisfaction, acceptance ratio)\r\n- Manage and reconcile driver wallets daily\r\n- Handle real-time delivery issues and escalate as needed\r\n- Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers\r\n- Ensure team compliance with safety, hygiene, and uniform standards\r\n- Communicate with operations, customer service, and fleet managers\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience\r\n- 1–3 years in F&B, delivery, logistics, or operational roles\r\n- Proficiency with delivery apps and basic reporting\r\n- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills\r\n- Fluent in English and comfortable with mobile/desktop tools
