Description: We\'re looking for a results-driven and strategic\r\ne-Guru for our company\'s online sales and presence.\r\nThis role is responsible for developing and executing\r\ne-commerce strategies, optimizing the online\r\ncustomer journey and driving revenue growth\r\nthrough digital platforms.\r\n\r\n\r\nSuper energetic and creative positive individual with\r\nminimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce and\r\nApp Management. The role involves overseeing\r\nwebsite performance, driving traffic, improving user\r\nexperience, and leading initiatives to maximize sales\r\nand customer engagement.\r\n\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n⁃ Develop and optimize the online store\r\n⁃ Monitor and analyze performance metrics\r\n⁃ Oversee product upload, inventory accuracy and\r\ncatalog management\r\n⁃ Coordinate with logistics, operations and customer\r\nservice to ensure smooth order fulfillment\r\nand a seamless customer experience\r\n⁃ Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies\r\nand competitors\r\nPrepare regular performance reports and forecasts\r\n\r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n⁃ Bachelor\'s degree in business, e-commerce or\r\nrelated field\r\n⁃ Proven experience in a similar e-commerce or\r\ndigital management (3-5years)\r\n⁃ Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms\r\n⁃ Customer-focused mindset and attention to details
