All emails without the proper subject title will not be considered.\r\nJob Requirements:\r\n•⁠ ⁠Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Business Computing, Marketing, Human Resources, IT\r\n•⁠ ⁠2+ years experience in a relevant field\r\n•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\n•⁠ ⁠⁠Attention to detail\r\n•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders\r\n•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n•⁠ ⁠Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of collected information\r\n•⁠ ⁠Follow-up on cases on a daily basis and contact customers via email as well as update the CRM database accordingly\r\n•⁠ ⁠Manage data and enter record information as needed\
