Description: Senior Production Supervisor - Plastic Department\r\nLocation: Bekaa, Lebanon- Job Type: Full-time\r\n\r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSupervise daily production operations in the plastic\r\ndepartment, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal\r\ndowntime.\r\nMonitor and control production schedules|\r\nmanpower, and machine utilization,\r\nEnsure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality\r\nstandards.\r\nTroubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with\r\nthe maintenance team for preventive and corrective\r\nactions.\r\nTrack and optimize raw material usage to reduce\r\nwaste and control costs.\r\nLead, train, and motivate the production team to\r\nachieve performance targets.\r\nPrepare production reports and recommend\r\nimprovements for efficiency and output.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies and ISO/\r\nFood Safety standards.\r\nQualifications & Requirements\r\nBachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering\r\nMechanical Engineering, or related field.\r\n5+years of experience in production supervision,\r\npreferably in plastics or manufacturing\r\nStrong technical knowledge of plastic production\r\nmachinery and processes (injection, extrusion, or\r\nblow molding).\r\nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and\r\norganizational skills,\r\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines\r\nGood command of English and Arabic, written and\r\nspoken,
